  1. The food and ambiance at Gertrude's is fabulous! It is a must try if you are in the Colorado Springs area. The chef/owner, Tom, is gifted, hard-working, and very personable and will go out of his way to ensure that everything is perfect for you! His food pairings are superb and his hand-crafted pumpkin cheesecake melts in your mouth!!It was a treat for the taste buds!

  2. The food and ambiance at Gertrude's IS fabulous! Nothing's changed from the above comment: fresh food, crisp clean flavors and the salad dressing OMG it was so yummy! This is a great place to have a romantic date and share food with the one you love. The food choices are mainly seafood they have some poultry/beef options but if you have a significant other that's a vegetarian and demands flavor and complex dishes this place is a perfect fit for you! :)
