The food and ambiance at Gertrude's is fabulous! It is a must try if you are in the Colorado Springs area. The chef/owner, Tom, is gifted, hard-working, and very personable and will go out of his way to ensure that everything is perfect for you! His food pairings are superb and his hand-crafted pumpkin cheesecake melts in your mouth!!It was a treat for the taste buds!
